Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days. Our products are shipped from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, which may be located outside the UK, so some orders may arrive in more than one parcel. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Standard tracked delivery is free on all UK orders. There is no minimum spend.

Customs, duties and taxes

All prices are shown in GBP. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. If you are ever asked to pay an unexpected charge on delivery, please contact us before paying.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking information can take 2–5 days to update after dispatch.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please email hello@lumeaskin.co.uk with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible – we can update the address only before the order has been dispatched.
